Insurance and packaging
We have comprehensive insurance so in the unlikely event
of goods been damaged during transport, you the customer
will be completely protected.
We will replace any damaged furniture.
Our packaging and wrapping is very important.For our more delicate furniture we make
special wooden containers ( a bit like coffins ) so damage is virtually zero.

Costs
To keep the delivery costs as low as possible, we try to group our deliveries.
For example, we deliver to Prague and the surrounding area
( in our own delivery vehicles ) every six weeks or so, and we nearly always
have a full truck with four or five seperate clients orders.
So the delivery charges will be split between the five clients
In this way, we deliver our furniture, with our own experianced men and by grouping
the deliveries we keep delivery charges to a minimum.
